BIO:
My path to becoming an outpatient therapist has been anything but traditional.
I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2004. I went to earn a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from American International College in 2013.
I began my career in education as a teacher, where I discovered my passion for supporting the whole person, not just the student in front of me. That calling led me to school counseling. I graduated with a dual Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Cambridge College in 2021. In this role I am able to work alongside young people navigating some of their most formative and challenging years.
As a mental health clinician, I took on one of the most demanding roles in mental health care: co-response clinician, working directly alongside law enforcement to provide crisis intervention in the field. That experience gave me a deep respect for people in their most vulnerable moments — and a firsthand understanding of the unique pressures that first responder families carry, often quietly and without enough support.
Today, I bring all of that experience into my role as an outpatient therapist, where I work with individuals, teens, and families in a space that is calm, confidential, and centered entirely on you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — and to heal from experiences that may still be shaping their lives today.
Whether you're a teenager trying to make sense of a complicated home life, a family looking for support, or an individual ready to work through what you've been carrying — I'm here to help you move forward, at your pace and on your terms.
